I have been set on a Jetta for awhile, but finally pulled the trigger. I had a simple and painless experience getting a Jetta R-Line with my exact preferences (and a Tiguan for my gf) with Lindsay VW. Raj was helpful and kind and happily assisted us even past closing to get the paperwork finished so we could drive off the lot with the Tiguan. The Jetta was on a truck and I picked it up a few days later - no issues. I'd recommend Raj and Lindsay VW to anyone who is looking for a VW because you'll get a hastle-free experience.

I truly had a remarkable experience at this dealership and I had the please to work with John Mule in the sales department. From initial contact to my final signature John was friendly helpful and attentive. They have a really large selection of models and trims and I was able to get exactly what I wanted without any pressure or aggressive sales tactics. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a New or CPO VW.

I bought my vehicle from Lindsay Volkswagen last week, and I worked with Clyde in Sales, and Larry in Finance. I've become something of an expert on Lindsay Volkswagen from the customer service perspective. Our relationship wasn't terribly long but it was intense. On the trip home after a very positive purchase experience, my brand new Golf GTI developed a transmission problem that necessitated its towing back to Lindsay. The service department worked on the car immediately and returned it to me quickly. On the drive home, the transmission problem happened again. Before Lindsay could replace the transmission (which they did in less than a week, including shipment of a new transmission from Germany), I'd already decided I'd be unwise to keep the car. Lindsay management did what had to be done to secure approval of and action by VW Group of America (VWoA). They set aside an identical replacement car from their stock and, when VWoA finally completed the paperwork, I picked up my “new” new car. This GTI is flawless.I just can't praise the Lindsay people highly enough. As one would expect, my salesman, Charlie Evans, was very helpful and friendly before and during the sale. But Charlie was every bit as helpful and friendly when he didn't stand to make a dime from being that way. I happened to meet the General Manager, Jerry Holloway, when I was dealing with Charlie, and a nicer, more down to earth guy you couldn't hope to meet. Jerry was just as great when I ran into trouble, sending me an apologetic, reassuring email early on, and calling to straighten me out when a conversation with VWoA led me to understand I could wait months for a replacement car. Jerry had Jimmy Dao, his warranty specialist, keep me posted throughout the process. Jimmy was exceptionally pleasant and thorough. On hearing I was there to pick up the new GTI, Jimmy made a special point of introducing himself and thanking me for my patience and my business. Paul Boots, the Service Director, was responsible for Lindsay’s dealings with VWoA on my case, and handled delivery of the new car. He was friendly and great to deal with; he made the car exchange smooth as glass.To a one, the Lindsay folks were sympathetic to my situation and genuinely concerned that I have a satisfactory outcome and end up happy with the dealership and with Volkswagen. I'll bet a lot of dealers would have insisted I keep the original car after replacing the transmission, saying, “We did what we were required to do under the warranty.” But to at least some extent, Lindsay went to bat for me with VWoA. And I'll bet a lot of dealers would have insisted the car replacement process was between VWoA and me (with the months that might well have taken), rather than voluntarily selling a car back to VWoA (foregoing the profit they stood to make from its sale to another customer) so that my problem would be solved sooner.A number of VW dealerships are closer to my home than is Lindsay VW. I went to Lindsay for their good, honest price, and left overwhelmingly impressed with their customer service. This is a well-run team of caring, dedicated professionals.
