What is V-Tex leatherette seating?

V-Tex is a type of synthetic leather, and where the leatherette seats get their name. V-Tex seats give you some of the best qualities of leather, without the additional price tag. With close to the same look as leather and the feel of hybrid cloth/leather, most car owners prefer V-Tex seating.

2017 Volkswagen models with available V-Tex Leatherette seating:

The 2017 Volkswagen lineup is focused on providing lasting value. The V-Tex leatherette seating option helps provide car buyers with the benefits of a luxury-style interior at the cost of an affordable sedan.

V-Tex leather is also designed to be easy to clean. It’s easy to get stains on cloth seating, and more difficult to try and remove them once they’ve settled. It’s much easier to clean crumbs or a small ketchup spill from leather seats. V-Tex leather continues to be the best of all worlds!

With the addition of V-Tex leatherette seating options at lower trim levels, Volkswagen continues to provide a higher level of luxury at a more affordable price for American car and SUV buyers. See what else the Volkswagen lineup has to offer Lindsay Volkswagen!
